Mindful Courage

Mindful Courage ™  is a practice, a practice of leaning into vulnerability, to the unknown, to fear or anxiety, and embracing the process with resilience, hope, and optimism. The journey itself can be riddled with challenges, obstacles, setbacks, incremental growth, insight, and sometimes revelation. In short, mindful courage is walking uphill and into the unknown.  Mindful Courage requires practice and support from others.

The following is a list of past and potential future multi-day, immersive, in-person, and on-line offerings:

● Mindful Courage Men’s Retreats
● Mindful Courage Women's Retreats
● Mindful Courage Writing Retreats
● Mindful Courage Meditation Retreats
● Mindful Courage Creativity Retreats
● Mindful Courage Forest Bathing Retreats
● Mindful Courage Leadership Retreats

These retreats are designed with contemplative learning exercises intended to invite transformative learning in participants.   They embrace no particular religious doctrine, teachings, or teachers, and yet utilize a variety of contemplative and creative practices; the retreats draw on various teachings in order to promote deep learning.
